as we know many people like juices such as orange,apple and other else.they like to drink juices that make from fruits but dont like to drinks juices that make from vegetable such as cucumber,carrot and other else.actually,i like to drinks carrot juice.Carrots can be eaten in a variety of ways. we can make a juice or add in our cook.Carrot juice is juice produced from carrots, often marketed as a health drink. Carrot juice has a particularly high content of Provitamin A (β-carotene), but is also high in B complex vitamins like folic acid, and many minerals including calcium, copper, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and iron. A pound (450 g) of carrots will yield about a cup (235 ml) of juice, which is a bad yield compared to fruits like apples and oranges. However, carrot pulp is very tough; the main difficulty in juicing carrots is in separating the pulp from the juice.from the juice we can get many benefits that good for our health.Many people consider drinking carrot juice one of the healthiest lifestyle choices possible. Carrot juice is known for beta carotene which gives the body Vitamin A, B Vitamins, Vitamin E and many minerals.
